Fiş yanlış okundu ya da toplam tutmuyor. Uygulama okunan tutarı fişin toplamıyla karşılaştırıp uyarır; hatalı ürünü düzeltin ya da eksiği ekleyin. Fişi düz, yakın ve aydınlık tutun, karanlıkta flaşı açın. Fiş uzunsa telefonu yukarıdan aşağı kaydırın. İsterseniz “Fişi gönder” ile okunan satırları bize iletebilirsiniz: fotoğraf gitmez, göndermeden önce metni görürsünüz.
Hata bildirirken ne göndermeliyim? Fiş fotoğrafı kabul etmiyoruz. “Fişi gönder” ile hazırlanan okuma çıktısını gönderin ve e-postadaki “Hatanın nerede olduğu” satırına hangi satır veya tutarın yanlış okunduğunu yazın. Satırlar hata analizinde yapay zekâ destekli araçlarla incelenebilir. Bildirim e-posta yoluyla gittiğinden eklediğiniz fotoğraf veya kişisel veriler sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır; fotoğraflar kullanılmaz ve silinir. Ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası’ndadır.

Telefon değiştiriyorum. Ayarlar > “Yedek ve taşıma” ile Ortak Hesaplarınızı dosyaya kaydedin, yeni telefonda aynı yerden içe aktarın. Satın alımlarınız mağaza hesabınızla gelir (“Satın alımı geri yükle”).
Ortak Hesaplar ücretli mi? Birkaç ücretsiz hakkı vardır (şu an üç). Sonrasında Pro (tek seferlik, abonelik değil; sınırsız ve reklamsız) ya da Plus (aylık abonelik; Pro’nun her şeyi + Aylık özet ve Bütçe; Pro sahiplerine 1 ay ücretsiz deneme) seçilir. Plus, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenir. Fiyatı mağaza gösterir; aboneliği Google Play veya App Store hesap ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz.
Reklamlar nerede çıkar? Pro ve Plus’ta reklam yoktur. Diğerlerinde bir hesabın tüm ödemeleri bitince tam ekran, en çok iki dakikada bir çıkar. Avrupa’da onay formu gösterilir; tercih Ayarlar > Reklam gizliliği’nde.

When you report a problem, include your device model, operating system version, the app version (Settings > About) and what happened; a screenshot helps.
A receipt was read wrongly or the total doesn’t match. The app compares what it read with the receipt total and warns you; fix the item or add the missing one. Hold the receipt flat, close and well lit, and use the flash in the dark. For a long receipt, move the phone from top to bottom. If you like, “Send the receipt” sends us the read lines: no photo is sent and you see the text before it goes.
What should I send when reporting an error? We do not accept receipt photos. Send the reading output prepared by “Send the receipt” and write on the “Where is the error?” line in the email which line or amount was read wrongly. The lines may be examined with AI-assisted tools during error analysis. Because the report goes by email, any photo or personal data you add is your responsibility; photos are not used and are deleted. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Where is my data? On your device; uninstalling the app removes it. Details are in the privacy policy.
I am changing phones. Under Settings > “Backup and transfer”, save your Shared Accounts to a file and import it in the same place on the new phone. Your purchases come with your store account (“Restore purchase”).
Are Shared Accounts paid? There are a few free uses (currently three). After that you choose Pro (one-time, not a subscription; unlimited and no ads) or Plus (monthly subscription; everything in Pro plus Monthly summary and Budget; Pro owners get a 1-month free trial). Plus renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. The store shows the price; you can cancel any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings.
Where do ads appear? Pro and Plus show none. Otherwise a full-screen ad appears when all payments of a bill are completed, at most once every two minutes. Users in Europe are shown a consent form; change it under Settings > Ad privacy.
